Lightwire Theater, known for their signature brand of dazzling visuals and poignant storytelling, will launch "LIGHTWIRE: THE SHOW" at Middlebury's Town Hall Theater tonight, March 7. Audiences of all ages will enjoy this fascinating adventure created by dancer-acrobats who perform in complete darkness, their costumes covered with thousands of LED lights. The colors on their bodies fly through the theater, creating a jaw-dropping theatrical event.

"You've never seen anything remotely like this at Town Hall Theater," says THT executive director Douglas Anderson. "We first caught this act on the television show America's Got Talent!, and we knew we had to bring it to Middlebury."

Since their appearance as semi-finalists on "America's Got Talent" in 2012, Lightwire Theater has been entertaining audiences all over the world with their unique combination of dance, puppetry and technology. For a closer look at the company in action, go to www.lightwiretheatre.com .

Tickets are $20 and are selling fast. They may be purchased at www.townhalltheater.org, 802 382-9222, at the THT Box Office (daily except Sunday, noon - 5 pm) or at the door if available.
