BROOKLINESMART SUMMERS - CAMP INFORMATION
Camp Type: Day Session Length: All programs meet Monday through Friday, for one or two weeks, between July 6 and August 14 Camp Focus: Acting Arts Programming Avail

This performance program offers young entertainers a chance to explore the world of theater. Each day children will participate in engaging acting, music, dance, and art classes. In addition we'll collaborate with professional artists and educators to create a new and original show. Students will learn dialogue and choreography and help create scripts, sets, and musical numbers. Each session will culminate with a unique, formal performance. Outdoor games and water play at will be a part of our program.

Brookline SmartSummers, now in its 25th year, is run through Brookline Adult & Community Education. Our themed offerings give a students a chance to explore different topics, make new friends, and engage in lots of summer fun. SmartSummers staff are professional artists and educators from in and around Brookline. In typical summers, we create and perform original musicals, build websites, introduce young artists to new levels of creativity, play basketball, put on puppet plays, speak Spanish, and more!
