Equity singers, men and women, for the ensemble and special chorus parts.

Preparation
Please prepare 16-32 bars of a short, contemporary pop/rock song that shows off your range. Please bring sheet music as an accompanist will be provided.

All actors should bring an updated picture and resume stapled together.

Seeking the following Ensemble Chorus Parts:

PEG LEG THE PIRATE/ AS CAST
Male 20s – 30s. Any ethnicity. Versatile actor/singer/dancer to play multiple characters including a crusty pirate whose passion and zealous enthusiasm is hilarious. Must play accordion and be comfortable with climbing and aerial stunts. Also plays a daredevil rock n’ roller, and therefore needs to rollerblade or skateboard while playing a rock instrument. ENSEMBLE.

MAN 1
Male 20s – 30s. Any ethnicity. Versatile actor/singer/dancer to play multiple characters including an over-the-top rock star full of ego and entitlement, a preppy happy kid, etc. As the daredevil rock star, needs to rollerblade or skateboard while playing a rock instrument. Tap dancing and hip-hop dance a big plus. ENSEMBLE.

MAN 2
Male 20s – 30s. Any ethnicity. Versatile actor/singer/dancer to play multiple characters including a self-centered and spastic member of a rock super group, a surfer dude, a terrifying ghost, etc. As the daredevil rock star, needs to rollerblade or skateboard while playing a rock instrument. Tap dancing and hip-hop dance a big plus. ENSEMBLE.

MAN 3
Male 30s – 40s. Any ethnicity. Versatile actor/singer/dancer to play multiple characters including older characters. Clowning experience a big plus. Must have circus skills and play multiple instruments. ENSEMBLE.

FEMALE 1
Female late 20s - early 40s. Any ethnicity. A character actress. Seeking versatile actor/singer/dancer to play multiple characters, including self-important Mayor of the City and others. Special skills necessary (could be circus, musical instruments, etc.) Tap dancing and hip-hop dance a big plus. ENSEMBLE.

FEMALE 2
Female 20s – 30s. Any ethnicity. Ingénue type. Versatile actor/singer/dancer to play multiple characters, including teenage Pearl, the acrobatic News fish etc. ENSEMBLE.

FEMALE 3
Female 20s-30s. Any ethnicity. Versatile actor/singer/dancer to play multiple characters, including the Gypsy Fortune Teller. Special skills necessary (could be circus, comedy, musical instruments, etc.) Tap dancing and hip-hop dance a big plus. ENSEMBLE.
