He is an Obie winner, and a Tony Award nominee. As an actor, he appeared in the original Broadway cast of MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG, among others, and his film BEST WORST THING THAT EVER COULD HAVE HAPPENED premiered at the NY Film Festival and was named one of the New York Times’ Top Films of 2016.
